Colombia is truly a blessed coffee land, home to an incredibly rich and diverse coffee-growing culture. We never stop admiring how inventive and dedicated its producers are. Colombia has even given rise to its own coffee vocabulary, now widely used across the industry.One of Colombia’s proudest contributions is the renowned Pink Bourbon variety — cherished by producers not only for its strong performance in the field, but also for its distinct and unforgettable flavour. We’re big fans of Colombian Pink Bourbon and consider it one of the country’s signature coffees. And it never disappoints.

This coffee is the first natural coffee in our range. It’s a single-variety Yellow Catuai from Roberto Mata’s twoaward-winning farms with long-standing histories — Las Nubes and La Pachuca — both located at the samealtitude above sea level. 

The cherries from both farms are handpicked and processed on the same day at their own beneficio. They are sorted,then placed in parabolic dryers, where they’re constantly turned for even drying. The combination of discipline and\experience results in a truly exceptional coffee.

We love naturally processed coffees, but this one really caught our attention — and we’re delighted to share it with you.We love the guava-like sensation in this cup,which is quite rare, and how all these features come together insuch a pleasantly sweet and balanced experience.

Descafeinado pero inolvidable: Kenya Nyeri AA destaca por su dulzor afrutado, acidez brillante y cuerpo denso. Un café AA de gran calidad, tostado para espresso, con el sabor intacto gracias a una descafeinación cuidada. No parece descafeinado… hasta que lo es. Nuestro perfil de tueste para espresso está diseñado para lograr las extracciones más completas de los solubles del café, con el objetivo de revelar todo su potencial. La acidez, el dulzor, el cuerpo... no los añadimos nosotros: están ya en el grano. Solo te ayudamos a sacar lo mejor de él.  

El café de filtro es el método de preparación más suave, y nuestro tueste para filtro aporta ese toque delicado que resulta en el carácter afrutado de nuestro café de Uganda.
