Our project was born from a simple yet challenging observation: high-quality coffee is not a static product. It is a living structure, there isn't just one way of revealing the best flavor  but many. Coffee becomes a tool and our customers become the main acting figures. We are trying to find a perfect connection with a coffee lover by offering a range of flavours from one coffee lot.

Our range is not big but there are 3 different roast profile for each one. Which multiplifies the range to 3 and makes it 12 now.
We believe the true mark of exceptional green coffee is its "power". To us, a great bean is defined by its ability to endure different roasting thermal impacts and unfold new, surprising flavors without losing its soul.

Instead of chasing a single "sweet spot”, we carefully explore deep into the bean’s potential. We experiment, we adjust, and we refine until we unpack the specific manifold of flavors that fits a particular vision. This versatility is what makes our coffee flexible for the bar, the roastery, and the home.
We intentionally moved our base of operations to the quiet Deltebre. In the heart of the Ebro Delta, far from the urban noise, where we could concentrate on delivering roasted coffee in time and effectively spend our resources. We dearly hope that we will be able to contribute to the municipality and the region as much as needed.We swapped the city's distractions for a sharper focus on what matters most: prepare, roast, cup, pack, repeat.Also Delta del Ebre is a great place to work and live!
