Descafeinado pero inolvidable: Kenya Nyeri AA destaca por su dulzor afrutado, acidez brillante y cuerpo denso. Un café AA de gran calidad, tostado para espresso, con el sabor intacto gracias a una descafeinación cuidada. No parece descafeinado… hasta que lo es.
Nuestro perfil de tueste para espresso está diseñado para lograr las extracciones más completas de los solubles del café, con el objetivo de revelar todo su potencial.
La acidez, el dulzor, el cuerpo... no los añadimos nosotros: están ya en el grano. Solo te ayudamos a sacar lo mejor de él.
As a small batch roastery we are proud of our roasting styles. We developped them to multiplify experiences from one coffee and match your tasting preferences.
We truly think that the roasting profile is a part of a coffee recipe and the coffee should be roasted accordingly to different methods of coffee preparation.
But please if there's a flavour descriptor that you find appealing don't hesitate and try it disregarding the name of the style.
if you prefer your coffee to be ground, please select so and mark the preferred grind preference or type your preference in the typebox.
We will grind your coffee using a commercial coffee grinder ensuring that the grind quality will be of a commercial grade.
Also we have no prejudices at all towards preground coffee. Please store it tightly sealed after each use and enjoy.
