As a huge fan of good coffee—especially specialty coffee—I’m always on the lookout for great spots, and this place near my workplace was the perfect find. I had to give it a try, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!

One of the things that makes this place truly special is that they roast their own coffee right in their Valencia store. That level of freshness and craftsmanship is unbeatable. The quality is top-notch, and the flavor… honestly, it’s impossible to describe. You just have to taste it yourself to understand how incredible it is.

Recently tried out Cafe Paramoka and had a great experience, we had a flat white and a cappuccino and they were both dialled to perfection. High quality beans with high quality barista, would definitely recommend!

Great place with freshly roasted coffee. The owner is very warm and kind. Definitely worth a visit when you’re in the neighborhood!
